The first issue of the Journal of Neyshabur University of Medical Sciences was published in the winter of 2013. This journal is published quarterly in Persian with Persian and English abstracts on basic science topics such as physiology, nanoscience, immunology, biochemistry, anatomical sciences, nutritional sciences, toxicology, pharmaceutical biotechnology, pharmacology, etc. Each issue contains eight articles. The types of articles accepted include original research, case reports, case series, review articles, short communications, letters to the editor, and responses to the editor.
