ارتباط بین رضایت شغلی با استرس شغلی و عوامل مرتبط با آن در پرسنل فوریت پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مازندران در سال 1393

زمینه و هدف

پژوهش حاضر به منظور تعیین رابطه رضایت شغلی با استرس شغلی و عوامل مرتبط با آن در پرسنل فوریت پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مازندران انجام شده است.

مواد و روش ها

مطالعه از نوع توصیفی تحلیلی بوده، که نمونه های مورد مطالعه متشکل از 150 نفر پرسنل فوریت پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مازندران بودند. ابزار جمع آوری داده ها، پرسشنامه رضایت شغلی محقق ساخته و پرسشنامه استاندارد استرس شغلی HSE بود. روائی محتوی پرسشنامه با مشاوره صاحب نظران تأیید شد و ضریب پایایی آن با روش آزمون مجدد در مورد 10 درصد تعداد کل نمونه ( 15 نفر ) به فاصله دو هفته محاسبه گردید. ضریب آلفا کرونباخ برای کل پرسشنامه 85 / 0 و برای بعدها از حداقل 8/ 0 تا حداکثر 91 / 0 بدست آمد. برای تحلیل داده ها از نرم افزار SPSS v.21 و از روش های آماری توصیفی (میانگین، انحراف معیار و ضریب همبستگی) و استنباطی (تحلیل واریانس، آزمون های دقیق فیشر و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون) استفاده، و 05 / P < 0 ، معنی دار در نظر گرفته شد.

یافته ها

بیشترین میزان رضایت شغلی مربوط به بعد شرایط محیط کار و کمترین میزان آن مربوط به بعد ارتباط کار با زندگی شخص و امنیت شغلی بود. تحلیل واریانس نشان داد بین رضایت شغلی با استرس شغلی و عوامل مرتبط با آن، ارتباط معنی داری وجود دارد ( 05 / P < 0 ). همچنین بین رضایت شغلی پرسنل فوریت با برخی از ویژگی های فردی نظیر سن و سابقه کاری رابطه معنی داری وجود دارد ( 05 / P < 0).

نتیجه گیری

رضایت شغلی پرسنل فوریت پزشکی در سیستم ایمنی و بهداشت اهمیت حیاتی دارد و به ارتقاء عملکرد و کیفیت مراقبت، کاهش هزینه های مراقبت بهداشتی و رضایتمندی بیماران کمک بهینه ای می نماید.

Introduction and Aims

This study aimed to determine the relationship between job satisfaction and job stress and its associated factors associated in EMS personnel of Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences.

Materials and Methods

Cross-sectional study was that a total of 150 emergency personnel affiliated to Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences, 150 questionnaires were completed and returned. Data collection questionnaires were researcher made job satisfaction and HSE job stress. Content validity was confirmed by expert consultant and the reliability coefficient were calculated by the test-retest method in %10 of cases (N = 15) at 2-wk intervals. Total cronbach’s alpha coefficient was 0.85 and for dimensions it was 0.8 to 0.91. In data analysis SPSS v.21 software and descriptive statistics (mean, standard deviation and correlation coefficient) and inferential statistics (ANOVA, Fisher’s exact test and Pearson’s correlation coefficient) were used in significant level of (P < 0.05).

Results

According to the results the most level of job satisfaction was related to workplace conditions and the lowest was in the relationship with one’s life and job security. Analysis of variance showed significant differences between job satisfaction and job stress and its related factors, there is meaningful relationship (P < 0.05). Also there was a significant relationship between job satisfaction among emergency personnel and some individual characteristics such as age and working experience (P < 0.05).

Conclusion

Job satisfaction of EMS personnel is a vital factor in health and immune system that causes to improvement of performance, quality of healthcare and patient satisfaction and reduction of costs.
