بررسی اثر عصاره الکلی کورکومین (زردچوبه) بر ترمیم زخم های دیابتی موش صحرائی نر نژاد ویستار

چکیده
زمینه و هدف

صدمه به اپیدرم موجب از هم گسیختگی ساختمان پوست و ایجاد زخم می شود که این موضوع در بیماران دیابتی به وفور مشاهده می شود. هدف از مطالعه حاضر بررسی اثر عصاره الکلی کورکومین بر ترمیم زخم های دیابتی موش صحرائی نر نژاد ویستار می باشد.

مواد و روش ها

در پژوهش حاضر 48 سر موش نر نژاد ویستار به 4 گروه 8 تایی، کنترل (موش های سالم که همزمان با دیابتی شدن سایر گروه ها، بافر سیترات را بصورت درون صفاقی دریافت کردند.)، شم (دیابتی با دوز 55mg/kg استرپتوزوتوسین و بدون تیمار) تجربی یک (دیابتی و تیمار با اوسرین) و تجربی دو (دیابتی و تیمار با پماد عصاره الکلی کورکومین) تقسیم گردیدند. در گروه های مورد آزمایش، زخمی به مساحت 3cm2 در سمت چپ ستون فقرات ایجاد و روند ترمیم زخم در روزهای 14 و 21 پس از ایجاد زخم بصورت ماکروسکوپی بررسی شد.

یافته ها

زخم گروه های دیابتی شده با استرپتوزوسین در مقایسه با گروه سالم ترمیم دیرتری نشان داد و التیام زخم در گروه تجربی 2 تیمار شده با عصاره کورکومین نسبت به گروه شاهد از سرعت بیشتری برخوردار بود.

نتیجه گیری

نتایج نشان داد که عصاره الکلی کورکومین موجب تسریع ترمیم زخم های پوستی نمونه های سالم و دیابتی می شود.

Effect of Alcohol Extract of Curcumin on Wound Healing in Streptozotocin-Induced Diabetic Rat

Introduction and Aims

In the event of damage to the skin, the epidermis of which goes to the disintegration of the body, is a wound that is common in diabetics. The purpose of this study was to evaluate effect of alcohol extract of curcumin on wound healing in diabetic male rats.

Materials and Methods

In this study, 48 male wistar rats were divided into 4 groups of 8 (control (healthy diabetes along with other groups, intraperitoneally as a citrate buffer), Sham (diabetic dose 55mg/kg Streptozotocine and without treatment) experimental 1 (treatment of diabetic eucerin), experimental 2 (treatment of diabetic and alcoholic extract of curcumin ointment). In an area of 3 cm2 dairy tested wounded on the left side of the spine created. The process of healing 14 and 21 days after wounding were examined macroscopically.

Results

The later wound healing was reported in streptozocin diabetic compared to the control group and wound healing in experimental groups treated with alcohol extract of curcumin was faster than control.

Conclusion

The alcohol extract of curcumin skin accelerate wound healing in normal and diabetic samples.
