اثر بخشی شناخت درمانی مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی بر خودشفقتی بیماران مبتلا به اختلال اضطراب افسردگی مختلط

مقدمه

هدف از پژوهش حاضر، ارزیابی تأثیر شناخت درمانی مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی بر خود شفقتی بیماران مبتلا به اختلال اضطراب افسردگی مختلط بود.

مواد و روش‌‌ها

3 بیمار مبتلا به اختلال اضطراب افسردگی مختلط به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شد. در این پژوهش طرح تک آزمودنی با خط پایه چندگانه استفاده شد. اضطراب و افسردگی و خودشفقتی بیماران نه بار بوسیله پرسشنامه اضطراب بک، پرسشنامه افسردگی بک ویرایش دوم و مقیاس خود شفقتی ارزیابی شد. .برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از شاخص‌‌های تغییرات روند، شیب، میزان تغییرپذیری کوهن و تفسیر فراز و فرود متغیرها در نمودارها و برای تعیین معنی‌‌داری بالینی از درصد بهبودی و اندازه اثر استفاده شد.

یافته‌‌ها

تمامی بیماران تغییرات چشمگیری در متغیرهای افسردگی و اضطراب و خود شفقتی نشان دادند و همگی توانستند این پیشرفت را تا مرحله پیگیری 60 روزه حفظ کنند.

نتیجه‌‌گیری

شناخت درمانی مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی می‌‌تواند باعث افزایش خود شفقتی و نیز بهبود علائم اضطرابی و افسردگی بیماران مبتلا به اختلال اضطراب افسردگی مختلط گردد.

Introduction and Aims

The aim of the present study was the evaluation of mindfulness-based cognitive therapy efficacy on self-compassion of patients with mixed anxiety-depression disorder.

Materials and Methods

Three participants with mixed anxiety-depression disorder were selected by available sampling. Participants evaluated 9 times by Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI), Beck Depression Inventory (BDI-II) and Neff self-compassion Scale (SCS). For data analysis, we employed procedure index, Cohen’ rate of variability, interpretation of ups and downs in the graphs. In the hand to determine the clinical significant percent recovery and effect sizes were recruited.

Results:

MBCT significantly increased self-compassion in patients who received MBCT and also controlled their anxiety, depressive signs and symptoms in their follow-up (60 days).

Conclusion:

MBCT can imply high efficacy in terms of self-compassion and it can decrease depression and anxiety of participants.
