نقش میانجی استرس ، اضطراب ، افسردگی در رابطه بین تیپ شخصیتی D و سوء هاضمه عملکردی

چکیده
مقدمه

سوء هاضمه عملکردی، یک اختلال مزمن دستگاه گوارش فوقانی است که نابهنجاری عضوی یا بیوشیمیایی آن را تبیین نمی‌‌کند. هدف از پژوهش حاضر ارزیابی نقش میانجی استرس، اضطراب، افسردگی در رابطه بین تیپ شخصیتی D و سوء هاضمه عملکردی است.

مواد و روش‌‌ها

مطالعه حاضر یک پژوهش همبستگی است. بر این اساس تعداد ۲۲۴ بیمار سوء هاضمه عملکردی زن و مرد با روش نمونه‌‌گیری در دسترس و با توجه به ملاک‌‌های ورود انتخاب شدند. استرس، اضطراب و افسردگی بیماران به وسیله مقیاس افسردگی، اضطراب، استرس (DASS-۲۱)، تیپ شخصیتی به وسیله مقیاس شخصیتی تیپ D (DS-۱۴) و شدت سوء هاضمه عملکردی بعد از تشخیص اولیه پزشک فوق تخصص گوارش، به وسیله پرسشنامه علایم گوارشیGRRS ارزیابی شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌‌ها از نرم‌‌افزار SmartPLS استفاده شد.

یافته‌‌ها

یافته‌‌های پژوهش نشان داد که تیپ شخصیتی D به طور مستقیم بر شدت سوء هاضمه عملکردی تاثیر دارد (میزان تاثیر۰/۴۱). بعلاوه تیپ شخصیتی D با میانجی‌‌گری افسردگی (۰/۳۱) و اضطراب (۰/۲۱) بر شدت سوء هاضمه در سطح اطمینان ۰/۹۵ تاثیر دارد. اما به دلیل معنی‌‌دار نبودن ضریب مسیر بین متغیر استرس و سوء هاضمه عملکردی (۱/۹۶> T-value)، تاثیر غیرمستقیم متغیر تیپ شخصیتی D بر شدت سوء هاضمه عملکردی با میانجی‌‌گری استرس تایید نشد.

نتیجه‌‌گیری

یافته‌‌های این پژوهش نشان دهنده اهمیت نقش عوامل روانشناختی تیپ شخصیتی D، اضطراب و افسردگی در سوء هاضمه عملکردی است.

Anxiety, Depression in Relation Between Type D personality, and Functional Dyspepsia

Introduction:

Functional dyspepsia is a chronic disorder of the upper gastrointestinal tract that anatomical or biochemical abnormalities do not explain it. The purpose of this study was to assess the mediating role of stress, anxiety, and depression in the relationship between personality type D and functional dyspepsia.

Materials and Methods:

This research is a correlation research. Accordingly,224 male and female dyspepsia patients were selected by available sampling method and according to the criteria of entry. Stress, anxiety and depression in patients evaluated by depression, anxiety, stress (DASS-21), personality type evaluated by Type-D (DS-14) and after primary diagnosis of gastroenterologist severity of functional dyspepsia evaluated by Gastrointestinal Symptoms Questionnaire (GRRS). In addition, data analysis was performed using Smart PLS software.

Findings:

The findings of the study showed that D personality type directly affects the severity of functional dyspepsia (effect 41%), plus personality type D by mediating depression (31%) and anxiety (21%) on the severity of indigestion has a confidence level of 95%. However, because of the lack of path coefficient between the variables of stress and functional dyspepsia (T-value 96/1), the indirect effect of the D-type variable on the severity of functional dyspepsia was not confirmed with the mediation of stress.

Conclusion:

The findings of this study indicate the importance of the role of psychological factors personality type D, anxiety and depression in functional dyspepsia.
