Abstract
Nowadays water pollution is considered one of the most important problems of the world and environmental concerns since the focus of sustainable development is on healthy people and Human health depends on optimal drinking water.Rivers are one of the most important sources of surface water.Due to the importance and discharge of various pollutants into the ShahroodRiver, the quality of this water source is important for industry, agriculture.Sampling was in two seasons of winter2017and summer 2018 in seven stations: Taleghan, Alamot, Rajaydashhast Razmian Loshan,Loshan1and2and parameters:TDS,pH,Temperature,Ec,Ca,Mg,Cu,Zn andCr were measured at different stationsThe results of measuring the parameters Based on the methods outlined in the 21st edition of the Standard Water and Wastewater Testing Methods Book (Standard Methods):TDS180.66to 329.33 m /l, pH 8.01to8.55, temperature14 to29.3,Ca50.73to89.24 mg/l, 9.42to27.97 mg/l, In the summer of TDS184.66 to 451 mg/l, pH7.73to8.55, temperature 3to11.5, 8.41to51.99 mg/l, in winter and metals were both nd season. The results of using the Schuler index showed that water quality suitable for good drinking. The Wilcox: all stations studied in two seasons in a small salinity range that can be used for agriculture. The Piper river water in the summer areNa-HCO3and the winter is Ca-HCO3, which is bicarbonate type. In terms of industrial use,16%,44% corrosive. In the season of 9.1%,4.5% are good,36% are corrosive. As a result, according to existing indicators, water is suitable for drinking and needs refinement, and industrial factors around the river have no effect on water quality, appropriate measures should be taken by appropriate organizations to increase water quality.
