ارزیابی کاربردپذیری وب‌سایت دانشگاه علوم پزشکی جندی شاپور اهواز از دیدگاه کاربران

چکیده
مقدمه: وبسایتهای دانشگاهی رابطی بین سازمان و کاربران هستند که حجم عظیم اطلاعات را سازماندهی کرده و به مخاطبان عرضه میکنند. از این رو لازم است کیفیت وبسایت از دیدگاه کاربران به عنوان جامعه هدف، سنجیده شود. هدف این مطالعه، ارزیابی کیفیت وبسایت دانشگاه علوم پزشکی جندی شاپور اهواز از دیدگاه کاربران آن وبسایت بود. روش کار: پژوهش حاضر توصیفی است و به روش پیمایشی انجام گرفت. جامعه پژوهش دانشجویان، اعضای هیأت علمی و کارکنان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی جندی شاپور اهواز بود. محاسبه حجم نمونه با استفاده از فرمول کوکران ۱۸۹ نفر تعیین شد و انتخاب نمونه ها به صورت طبقه ای نسبی می باشد. دادهها با استفاده از نسخه بومی سازی شده پرسشنامه مارسیکو و لویالدی که مشتمل بر ۵ مولفه و ۲۶ گویه بود، گردآوری شدند. روایی پرسشنامه با استفاده از نظر اساتید کتابداری و پایایی آن در با آلفای ۱/0 تأیید شد. یافته ها: نتایج حاکی از نارضایتی کاربران در بخش منطق راهبری، کارایی جستجو و سرعت رسیدن به جواب در وبسایت بود. بخشهای قلم، رنگ، گرافیک، صحت محتوا و زبان مورد استفاده بخشهایی بودند که رضایت بیشتری را به دنبال داشتند. نتیجهگیری: کاربران به طور کلی ارزیابی متوسطی از سایت داشتند و در بعد رضایت و لذت استفاده، نظرات پایینتر از متوسط بود.

چکیده English

Internet has become and indispensable part of our lives. No institution, including university, can survive in this competitive world without a website. Conversely, users are dependent on the website to meet their information needs. Medical university websites are large websites that serve diverse users. Since users are pivotal in any website evaluation scheme, this study aimed to assess Ahvaz Jundishapur University of Medical Sciences’ (AJUMS) website from users’ perspective. The study was carried out on 709 students, faculty and staff of AJUMS. A questionnaire was used to assess 5 attributes of usability namely appearance and layout, logic of navigation, effectiveness of search, accuracy of content and satisfaction. The findings outlined some inconveniences in navigation and search and speed of finding information. Even though site appearance and content received higher positive ratings, the overall satisfaction was ranked below average.
