بررسی ویژگی‌های روان‌سنجی نسخه کوتاه فهرست خودشیفتگی بیمارگون

چکیده
مقدمه

اختلال شخصیت خودشیفته تظاهرات متعددی در محیط­های بالینی و پژوهشی دارد که تشخیص و درمان این اختلال را دشوار می­کند. هدف از پژوهش حاضر ترجمه، آماده سازی و تعیین ویژگی‌های روانسجی نسخه کوتاه پرسشنامه خودشیفتگی بیمارگون برای جامعه ایرانی بود.

مواد و روش­ها

روش پژوهش حاضر از نوع مطالعات مقطعی می­باشد. نمونه پژوهش شامل 400 دانشجو است که به روش نمونه­گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. نسخه اصلی پرسشنامه با موافقت و تأیید مؤلف آن به شیوه ترجمه معکوس تهیه گردید و پایایی آن در یک نمونه متشکل از 40 نفر مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. جهت بررسی روایی همگرا از فهرست شخصیت خودشیفته استفاده شد.

یافته­ها

تحلیل عاملی تاییدی در سطح سازه‌های بزرگ­منشانه و آسیب‌پذیر حاکی از برازش مطلوب این عوامل بود. پایایی عاملی (مرکب) زیرمقیاس‌های این پرسشنامه در دامنه 68/0 تا 83/0 و قابل قبول بود. ضریب آلفای کرونباخ کل مقیاس و زیرمقیاس‌های تشکیل دهنده آن در دامنه 64/0 تا 83/0 قرار داشت. این پرسشنامه از ضریب پایایی باز آزمایی مطلوبی به فاصله 15 روز (984/0r =، 001/0p =) برخوردار بود. از نظر روایی همگرا مؤلفه بزرگ­منشانه این پرسشنامه با پرسشنامه شخصیت خودشیفته همبستگی معناداری (4/0r = ، 001/0P= ) نشان داد.

نتیجه­گیری

با توجه به اعتبار و پایایی مطلوب نسخه کوتاه فهرست خودشیفتگی بیمارگون می‌توان از آن در فعالیت‌های بالینی و در پژوهش­های روانشناختی در ایران استفاده نمود.

Psychometric Properties of Brief Version of the Pathological Narcissism Inventory

Introduction

A narcissistic personality disorder is one of the disorders that has many different manifestations in clinical and research environments that make it difficult to diagnose and treat. This study aimed to evaluate the validity and reliability of the brief version of pathological narcissism (B-PNI) in Iranian society.

Materials and Methods

This was a cross-sectional study and the study sample was composed of 400 university students who were selected by available sampling. After getting the author’s agreement, the main version of Brief Pathological Narcissism Inventory was translated through a backward translation technique and the scale was used for pilot tests on 40 people. Convergent validity was calculated using the Narcissistic Personality Inventory (NPI-16).

Results

Confirmatory factor analysis on grandiose and vulnerable narcissism indicated the good validity of the inventory in these factors. Composite Reliability of the subscales ranged from 0.68 to 0.83. The Cronbach’s alpha coefficients obtained for this scale and its subscales from 0.63 to 0.83. This scale showed a good test-retest reliability in 15 days (r=0.984, p=0.001). Grandiose subscale just has shown the convergent validity with Narcissism personality Inventory (r=0.4, p=0.001) and there was not a meaningful correlation with Vulnerable narcissism (r=0.07, p= 0.6).

Conclusion

The Farsi version of the Brief Pathological Narcissism Inventory has a desirable validity and reliability and could be used in clinical activities and so in psychological researches in Iran.
