تاثیر پردازش های هیجانی بر میزان فعالیت نورون‌های آینه‌ای در افراد با رگه‌های ADHD

چکیده
مقدمه

نورون‌های آینه‌ای نقش مهمی در درک و فهم هیجان‌ها دارند، از طرفی افراد ADHD هم در درک هیجان و هم در جنبه‌های مختلف شناختی دچار مشکل هستند از این رو هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تاثیر پردازش‌های هیجانی بر عملکرد سیستم نورون‌های آینه‌ای در افراد دارای رگه‌های ADHD بود.

مواد و روش­ها

ابتدا 500 نفر از دانشجویان دانشگاه خوارزمی تهران به ‌صورت تصادفی از طریق مقیاس درجه‌بندی ADHD بزرگسالان بارکلی مورد غربال قرار گرفتند. سپس 15 نفر از افرادی که نمرات z استاندارد برابر یا بالاتر 5/1+ کسب کرده بودند به عنوان گروه نمونه انتخاب و با آن‌ها مصاحبه براساس معیارهای DSM-5 صورت گرفت و از وجود نشانه‌های ADHD در این افراد اطمینان حاصل شد. این افراد به همراه 15 نفر از دانشجویان بهنجار، حجم نمونه پژوهش را تشکیل دادند. سپس فعالیت نورون‌های آینه‌ای با استفاده از دستگاه EEG در هنگام اجرای تسک‌های پردازش هیجانی اندازه‌گیری شدند. داده‌های جمع‌آوری شده بعد از ثبت، با سطح آلفای 0/05 در نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 21 بر اساس روش‌های آمارتوصیفی (میانگین، انحراف معیار، کمینه، بیشینه) و استنباطی (تحلیل واریانس چندمتغیری، تحلیل واریانس تک متغیری) مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.

یافته­ها

نتایج پژوهش نشان داد میزان فعالیت سیستم نورون‌های آینه‌ای در حین انجام تکالیف هیجانی در افراد دارای رگه‌های ADHD نسبت به افراد عادی کمتر می‌باشد.

نتیجه­گیری

نتایج پژوهش حاضر پیشنهاد می‌کند که نورون‌های آینه‌ای در بررسی تشخیصی و درمانی اختلال ADHD به‌عنوان یک عامل مهم مورد توجه قرار گیرند.

چکیده English

Introduction

Mirror neurons play an important role in the understanding of emotional functions. On the other hand, ADHD people are having difficulty understanding both emotional aspects. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the emotional processes on the functioning of the mirror neuron system in people with ADHD traits.

Materials and Methods

At first, 500 students of Kharazmi University of Tehran were randomly selected and They were screened by Adult Barclay's ADHD scoring scale and Then 15 people who had a standard z score equal to or higher than +1.5 were selected as the sample group Then, an interview was conducted based on DSM-5 criteria and ensured the presence of ADHD symptoms in these people. And these people together with 15 normal students formed the sample size of the research Then the activity of neurons was measured using an EEG device while performing emotional processing tasks. In this study, the data collected after registration, with an alpha level of 0.05 in SPSS 21 software based on descriptive statistics (mean, standard deviation, minimum, maximum) and inferential (multivariate analysis of variance, univariate analysis of variance) were analyzed.

Results

The results of this study showed that the activity of the mirror neurons system during emotional tasks is lower in people with ADHD than in normal people.

Conclusion

The results of this study suggest that mirror neurons should be considered as an important factor in the diagnosis and treatment of ADHD disorder.
