بررسی عوامل مرتبط با وضعیت سلامت روان دانش‌آموزان دبیرستانی شهر تهران

چکیده
مقدمه

مشکلات مرتبط با سلامت روان افراد زیادی را در جامعه درگیر خود نموده است که این امر در نوجوانان بارزتر است. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی وضعیت سلامت روان دانش‌آموزان دبیرستانی شهر تهران می‌باشد.

مواد و روش‌­ها

مطالعه حاضر از نوع مقطعی و توصیفی- تحلیلی بوده و جامعه آماری در این مطالعه تمام دانش‌آموزان دبیرستانی مدارس شهر تهران بود. نمونه آماری شامل 2038 نفر و به روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای چندمرحله‌ای انتخاب شدند. از پرسشنامه GHQ-28 به عنوان ابزار بررسی میزان سلامت روان استفاده شد. نتایج با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 18 و جهت تحلیل اطلاعات حاصل از آزمونt گروه‌های مستقل و تحلیل واریانس یکطرفه استفاده شد.

یافته‌­ها

در مطالعه حاضر در ارتباط با 982 نفر (1/52) از شرکت کنندگان احتمال اختلال روانی مطرح بوده است. که میزان شیوع اختلالات اضطرابی، 919 نفر (7/45 ) از آزمودنی‌ها نسبت به سایر زیرمقیاس‌ها آزمون GHQ از درصد بالاتری برخوردار بود. وضعیت سلامت روان در گروه‌های مختلف به لحاظ جنسیت، مقطع تحصیلی، پیشرفت تحصیلی، سلامت جسمانی، رابطه والدین با یکدیگر، سطح اجتماعی-اقتصادی خانواده متفاوت بود.

نتیجه‌­گیری

با توجه به نتایج تقریبا نیمی از دانش‌آموزان دبیرستانی از سلامت روان پایین برخوردار هستند که بر لزوم توجه ویژه به سلامت روان این قشر از جامعه اشاره دارد

چکیده English

Introduction

Mental health problems have involved many people in the community, which is more pronounced in adolescents. The purpose of this study was to investigate the mental health status of high school students in Tehran.

Materials and Methods


The present study is a cross-sectional and descriptive-analytical study and the statistical population of this study was all high school students in Tehran. The sample consisted of 2038 students who were selected by multistage cluster sampling. GHQ-28 questionnaire was used as a tool for assessing mental health. The results were analyzed by SPSS 18 software.

Results


In the present study, the possibility of mental disorder was raised in relation to 982 (52.1) participants. The prevalence of anxiety disorders was higher in 919 (45.7) subjects than other GHQ subscales. Mental health status was different in different groups in terms of gender, educational level, academic achievement, physical health, parents' relationship with each other, socio-economic level of the family.

Conclusion

According to the results, almost half of high school students have poor mental health, which indicates the need for special attention to the mental health of this community.
