چکیده
مقدمه: پرستاری از جمله مشاغلی است که از گذشته تا به امروز در تمام ساعات شبانه روز پراسترس و پرکنش میباشد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین وضعیت رضایت زناشویی و عوامل مرتبط با آن در پرستاران بیمارستان علامه بهلول گناباد در سال 1403 انجام شدهاست.
مواد و روشها: مطالعه حاضر از نوع مقطعی تحلیلی بوده که به بررسی 139 نفر از پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستان علامه بهلول گنابادی در سال 1403 که در صورت داشتن معیارهای ورود با روش نمونه گیری طبقهای انتخاب شدهبودند، پرداختهاست. ابزار گردآوری دادهها در این مطالعه پرسشنامه اطلاعات دموگرافیک و پرسشنامه رضایت زناشویی اینریچ بود. دادهها پس از جمعآوری با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 26 و در سطح معنیداری کمتر از 5 درصد مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافتهها: میانگین سنی پرستاران مورد مطالعه66/8 ± 45/35 سال بود. 1/56 درصد مرد بودند. میانگین نمره کل رضایت زناشویی76/15 ± 89/148 بوده و بیشترین و کمترین نمره به ترتیب مربوط به ابعاد رضایت زناشویی و نقشهای مربوط به برابری مرد و زن بود. رضایت زناشویی ارتباط آماری معنیداری با جنس، سن همسر و سابقه کار داشت (05/0P<) .
نتیجهگیری: نتایج نشان میدهد که جنسیت ، سن همسر و سابقه کار بر رضایت زناشویی در پرستاران تاثیر میگذارند. لذا جهت افزایش رضایت زناشویی در این گروه، توجه به عوامل ذکر شده ضروری به نظر میرسد.

Introduction
: Nursing is one of the most stressful and busiest occupations, operating at
all hours of the day and night. The present study aimed to determine marital satisfaction status and related factors among nurses at Allameh Bohlool Hospital in Gonabad in 2024.
Materials and methods
The present study is a cross-sectional analysis that examined 139 nurses working in Allameh Bohlool Gonabadi Hospital in 2024, who were selected by a stratified random method if they met the inclusion criteria. The data collection tool in this study was the Demographic Information Questionnaire, and the Enrich Marital Satisfaction Questionnaire. Data were analyzed after collection using SPSS version 26 software and at a significance level of less than 5%.
Results
The average age of the studied nurses was 35.45 (standard deviation=8.66)
years and most of them were male (78%). The average total score of marital satisfaction was 148.89 (standard deviation=15.76) and the highest and lowest scores were respectively related to the dimensions of marital satisfaction and the roles related to the equality of men and women. Marital satisfaction has a statistically significant relationship with gender, spouse's age, and work experience (P<0.05).
Conclusion
Findings show that various factors affect marital satisfaction in nurses and
it is necessary to consider the mentioned factors in order to increase marital satisfaction in this group.
