تأثیر آموزش تغذیه دوران بارداری بر اساس مدل اعتقاد بهداشتی بر آگاهی و نگرش زنان مراجعه کننده به مراکز بهداشتی درمانی شهرستان گنبد کاووس

زمینه و هدف

بارداری زمان مناسبی جهت تغییر در عادات غذایی است. آموزش تغذیه ای نقش مهمی در ارتقا سلامت مادر و فرزند دارد. لذا این تحقیق با هدف بررسی تأثیر آموزش تغذیه دوران بارداری بر اساس مدل اعتقاد بهداشتی، بر آگاهی و نگرش زنان باردار انجام شد.

مواد و روش ها

جامعه آماری مطالعه نیمه تجربی حاضر، زنان باردار مراجعه کننده به مراکز بهداشتی درمانی شهرستان گنبد کاووس در سال 1392 بودند. جمعیت آماری در هر گروه حدود 80 نفر با روش نمونه گیری خوشه ای برآورد شد و ابزار جمع آوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود. برای تعیین اعتبار و پایایی پرسشنامه از روش پانل خبرگان، آلفاکرونباخ و روش آزمون مجدد استفاده شد. اطلاعات دریافت شده از دو گروه شاهد و مورد، قبل و دو ماه بعد از مداخله با هم مقایسه و داده ها با نرم افزار SPSS v.16 تجزیه و تحلیل گردید.

یافته ها

بعد از مداخله آموزشی میانگین آگاهی و سازه های مدل اعتقاد بهداشتی، در گروه مداخله نسبت به شاهد بطور معنی دار افزایش یافت، ولی میانگین سازه راهنما برای عمل در این دو گروه، تفاوت معنی داری نداشت.

نتیجه گیری

آموزش بر مبنای مدل اعتقاد بهداشتی در ارتقاء آگاهی و نگرش زنان باردار، در خصوص تغذیه دوران بارداری اثربخش بود و انجام مداخلات آموزشی در این زمینه توصیه می شود.

Effectiveness of Nutrition Education Based on Health Belief Model during Pregnancy on Knowledge and Attitude of Women Referred to Health Centers of Gonbad Kavoos City

Introduction and Aims

Pregnancy is a good time for changing the feeding behaviors. Nutritional education plays an important role in maternal and child health promotion. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of nutrition education based on Health Belief Model during pregnancy on knowledge and attitude of women.

Materials and Methods

This quasi-experimental study was conducted among pregnant women referred to health centers of Gonbad Kavoos city in 2013. Cluster sampling was used for selection of 80 subjects in each study groups, and data were collected using an unstructured questionnaire. Validity and reliability of questionnaire were evaluated by panel of experts, test-retest and reported as Cronbach’s alpha. Classified information of two groups were compared before and 2 months after intervention. Data were analyzed by SPSS v.16.

Results

After educational intervention, the mean score of knowledge and Health Belief Model constructs, were significantly increased in intervention group than the control. But the mean of cuse to action of the experiment group, was not significantly different compared to the control.

Conclusion

Education based on Health Belief Model was effective on knowledge and attitude of pregnant women about nutrition and educational interventions in this field are recommended.
