تاثیر آموزش تنظیم هیجان به روش گروس بر افزایش رفتار ایمنی پرستاران

چکیده
مقدمه

از آنجایی که تنظیم هیجان از مهمترین عوامل تاثیرگذار بر رفتار انسان است، بنابراین پژوهش حاضر با هدف تاثیر آموزش تنظیم هیجان مبتنی بر مدل گروس بر افزایش رفتار ایمنی پرستاران انجام شد.

مواد و روش­ها

پژوهش حاضر از نوع نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون پس آزمون با گروه کنترل بود، جامعه‌ی آماری شامل تمامی پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستان امام رضا شهر کرمانشاه در سال 1398 بود. حجم نمونه شامل 30 نفر که به روش نمونه‌گیری داوطلبانه انتخاب شدند، بود و به صورت کاملا تصادفی در دو گروه (15 نفر آزمایش و 15 نفر کنترل) گماشته شدند، ابتدا بر روی هر دو گروه پیش آزمون به وسیله پرسشنامه رفتار ایمنی اجرا شد و سپس گروه آزمایش در معرض آموزش تنظیم هیجان مبتنی بر مدل گروس قرار گرفت (8جلسه 90 دقیقه ای) اما گروه کنترل چنین آموزشی را دریافت نکرد، در آخر هر دو گروه مجددا به پرسشنامه پاسخ دادند (پس آزمون). نهایتا داده‌ها با استفاده از تحلیل کواریانس چند متغیره و به وسیله نرم افزار SPSS-23 تحلیل شدند.

یافته­ها

نتایج تحلیل کواریانس نشان داد که میانگین مولفه‌های رفتار ایمنی در گروه آزمایش به نسبت گروه کنترل پس از مداخله بیشتر است (001/0). بنابراین میتوان گفت که آموزش تنظیم هیجان مبتنی بر مدل گروس بر رفتار ایمنی پرستاران اثربخش بوده است.

نتیجه­گیری

نهایتا میتوان چنین نتیجه گرفت که مدیریت درست هیجانها منجر به رفتار ایمنی مناسب میشود، از این رو پیشنهاد می‌گردد متولیان حوزه سلامت با برگزاری دوره‌های آموزش تنظیم هیجان به سلامت روان پرستاران کمک نمایند.

چکیده English

Introduction

Since emotion regulation is one of the most important factors affecting human behavior, therefore, the present study was conducted to determine The Efficacy Emotion regulation training sequel of gross on Safety behavior Nurses

Materials and Methods

This study was a quasi-experimental study with pre-test and post-test design with a control group, the statistical population includes all nursing staff employed in Imam Reza hospital in Kermanshah in year1398. the sample consisted of 30 persons who were selected by voluntary sampling method and were randomly divided into two groups (15 experimental and 15 control). At first, pre-test and post-test were administered to both groups using the Safety Behavior Questionnaire and so the experimental group was then exposed to the Gross Model emotion regulation training (8 sessions 90 min) but the control group did not receive such training. Finally, both groups responded again to the questionnaire (post-test). in the end, the data were analyzed using analysis multivariable of covariance by SPSS-23 software.

Results

The results of the analysis of covariance showed that the mean of safety behavior components in the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group after the intervention (p> 0/001). Therefore, it can be said that the Gross model emotion regulation training was effective Safety Behavior on Nursing.

Conclusion

Ultimately it can be conclusion management and regulation in emotion lade Safety Behavior, it is suggested that health practitioners assist nurses' health by conducting emotion regulation training courses.
